Wellness and prevention is a key element of a balanced community health program. The Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice of Vermont and New Hampshire offers clinics in many of the towns it serves. These clinics help people avoid illness and control chronic diseases.

We offer the following types of clinics, in public venues throughout our service area: 

• Health, wellness and education, including pill planner consultation
• Foot care
• Blood pressure checks
• Flu shots

• Bellows Falls Area Senior Center - 2nd Wednesday of the month at 10:30am - 11:00am. See map for directions.

• Melrose Terrace - 4th Wednesday from of the month at 11:00am - 12noon. Clinic is held in the community room in the central building. See map for directions.
